Booking and Cancellation

• Advance booking is required for all services
• 24-hour cancellation notice is required
• Late cancellations may incur a charge
• No-shows will be charged in full

Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect their treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment might be unsafe for a client.

Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• We accept cash and major credit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for special requests
